Floor
Mats
with Static Control Properties
7 Types
The choice of which
mat to choose is more often determined by the
type of floor the mat will be used on and/or whether chairs, carts or
heavy objects will be used on top of the mat.
All of the mats
below will help resolve your static electricity problems.
Some will work better in different situations because of the construction
design to deal with the issues above.
The technical
difference between anti-static (static dissipative) and
conductive mats is the speed at which the static electricity is
removed.
Faster static removal speed is not an indication of a superior
product.
To the contrary removal of static electricity to quickly can actually
damage circuit boards.

Anti-Static Floor Mat
Product 4
The fastest Static removal properties of any Anti-Static Mat
Conductive bottom layer removes static as fast
as any mat on the market.
Can be
utilized as anti-static or conductive mat simply by turning upside down.
Designed
for hard surface floor applications.
Not recommended for use under chairs.
Two
layer construction consisting of solid durable flexible rubber providing
excellent lay-flat characteristics.
Static
dissipative semi-gloss gray top layer 107-108 ohms
allows effective static charge removal at a non damaging flow rate.
Conductive
black layer 103-104 ohms provides a reliable, consistent and rapid static
charge grounding path.
Resistant
to heat, abrasion, solder and most chemicals.
Maintains
a consistent discharge through the life of the mat with no noticeable
deterioration of effectiveness.

Designed
for hard surface floor applications.
Not recommended for use under chairs.
Dual functional
mat contains a conductive black layer and
a static dissipative gray layer.
Place
black layer on top if conductive mat is desired.
Place
Gray layer on top if static dissipative layer is desired.
Smooth
semi-gloss surface allows maximum contact to
ensure the highest static dissipation.
Two
layer construction consisting of solid durable flexible
rubber providing excellent lay-flat characteristics.
Conductive
black layer 103-104 ohms provides a reliable,
consistent and rapid static charge grounding path. Dissipative
abilities may be too quick for direct contact with circuit packs,
semiconductors and other micron circuit devices.
Static
dissipative gray layer 108-109 ohms provides a rapid but
controlled static charge grounding path.
Thickness:
0.080” (2.0 mm)
Resistant
to heat, abrasion, solder and most chemicals.
